joy, rest, and quality time with loved ones. As we begin the new year, we’d like to
update you on important community updates, upcoming announcements, and
reminders to help ensure our neighborhood continues to thrive.
Community Updates for 2024
- We have enhanced our landscaping by removing the rocks and replacing it
with sod and added more flowers to front and back entrance. - The Well and Sprinkler system needed several repairs this year. Yay, we
have water for our flowers! - A safety line has been painted on the road at our back entrance to help
remind cars to stop and watch for pedistrians. - Updated flags on flag pole.
- A few trees needed pruned or removed throughout our neighborhood.
- We refreshed our Christmas decorations.

Upcoming Announcements for 2025
- Friendly reminder 2025 HOA dues are due by January 30th If you have any
questions about your dues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Karen
Summers at
ksummers@hawthornemgmt.com - All street signs will be replaced. Our street signs are over 30 years old and
many have the paint cracking and look poor in appearance. - New Community Website coming soon!
- Two Benches will be purchase for our Neighborhood
- Our Neighborhood will be hosting a Spring event. More information to
follow closer to date. - Mark your Calendar if you wish to attend our annual meeting on Tuesday,
March 11th at Providence Country Club at 7:00pm. This is the time to meet
your Board Members, learn about the budget, and receive updates and news
about our neighborhood. Moreover, Officer Sterrett will be joining us and
will share neighborhood crime reports and safety tips. Also, please feel free
to share your ideas or concerns you may have. -
Reminders
- Winterizing Your Home:
- As temperatures drop, it’s a good time to inspect your home for any winter
- maintenance needs. Check your gutters, insulate your pipes, and ensure
- outdoor faucets are properly covered. Remember, preventing cold-weather
- damage can save you both time and money in the long run.
- Holiday Decorations:
Thank you to all those who participated in our holiday decorating contest
this year! As a reminder, please be sure to remove any holiday lights,
decorations, and inflatables by the end of the month to maintain a tidy
neighborhood. - Safety:
Friendly reminder to call 911 if you see any suspicious behavior. -
